Crochet Wreath Christmas Ornament Pattern

Wreath Christmas Ornament Crochet Pattern

Materials:

Worsted weight yarn in green and red

G/4.00mm hook

Scissors and tapestry needle

Notes:

Chain in the beginning of each round does not count as a stitch.

Abbreviations: (US terms)

Ch = chain, sc = single crochet, dc = double crochet, sk = skip, st = stitch, sp = space, sl st = slip stitch

Pattern

Start with green yarn.

Round 1: Ch 15, join to first ch (careful not to twist chain) to form a loop

Round 2: Ch 1, sc in each st around, join to first st (15)

Round 3: Ch 1, 2sc in each st around, join to first st (30)

Round 4: Ch 2, *3dc into same sp, sk 1, sl st, sk 1, repeat from * around, join to sp under first 3dc cluster

Fasten off and weave in ends

Bow

Use red yarn.

Ch 35, fasten off. Tie into bow and sew or glue onto wreath.

Add green yarn to top of wreath for hanging.
