Beach Ball Crochet Pattern
Materials
White, yellow, pink, blue, green, and orange yarn
4.00mm hook
Notes: When changing colors do not cut off until the last row. You can carry your yarn up to the next row.
Abbreviations (US terms):
Ch = chain, sc = single crochet, hdc = half double crochet, st = stitch
Pattern
Start with white yarn.
Round 1: Magic ring, ch 1, 10sc in ring, join to first st
Change to pink yarn.
Round 2: Ch 1, 2hdc in next 2 st, change to yellow yarn, 2hdc in next 2 st, change to green yarn, 2hdc in next 2 st, change to orange yarn, 2hdc in next 2 st, change to blue yarn, 2hdc inn ext 2 st, join to first st, TURN
Round 3: Ch 1, hdc, 2hdc in next st, repeat from * around changing colors every 6 st to match the previous round, join to first st, TURN
Round 4: Ch 1, sc in each st around changing color every 6 st to match the previous round
Fasten off.
