A chunky, crochet infinity scarf is the perfect winter staple! You can whip one of these up in no time with the free crochet pattern down below.
This infinity scarf uses two skeins of bulky sized 5 yarn and it’s only 8 rows! It uses the treble stitch and half double crochet stitch to create a fun, subtle texture.
I used a 12mm crochet hook for this scarf, so it would be light and airy and not stiff and rigid. It works well with the bulky yarn because it still is big and chunky and offers lots of warmth!

Crochet Infinity Scarf Free Pattern
Materials
Loops&Threads Charisma Bulky Yarn 5 – 2 skeins in Pine Needle
12mm crochet hook
Tapestry needle
Scissors
Pattern Notes
Beginning chain does not count as a stitch.
Almost two entire skeins of yarn was used for this project.
Abbreviations: (US terms)
Ch = chain, hdc = half double crochet, tr = treble crochet, st = stitch
Crochet Pattern
Round 1: Ch 90, join to first ch, making sure ch is not twisted
Round 2: Ch 3, tr in first st, hdc in next st, *tr in next st, hdc in next st, repeat from * around, join to first st
Round 3: Ch 1, hdc in first st, tr in next st, *hdc in next st, tr in next st, repeat from * around, join to first st
Repeat Round 2-3 until you have a total of 8 rows.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
