I am kinda confused, for the granny square in white, my square is at 8 inches with 6 rounds which is what you stated it should be but when I count the number of rows from your posted picture, I am seeing 7 rows. When adding in a 7th row, my square is now at 9 inches. Am I crocheting too loosely? Do I only need to crochet 6 rows instead of 7? Thank you 😊

Great question! Once the squares are finished with 6 rows, we will join as you go during the last week of the crochet along. This will add the 7th row.

I want to thank you for your wonderful patterns and your willingness to share them. I have made the ocean themed one and now working on the Woodland one. I had the ocean one hanging in our living room. When Hurricane Florence hit one of our friends went in and took it down off the wall. We have not been able to move back into our house yet even after 9 months. When we do both will be hanging in our home. Thank you again for your willingness to share.

Yes! You will need worsted weight yarns in the colors of your choice, G/4.00mm hook, and 6mm safety eye
