Crochet Snowman Pillow Pattern Overview
This crochet snowman pillow cover is so easy to make and you can follow along with the free pattern below and/or with the video tutorial provided.
This crochet project uses worsted weight, acrylic yarn and requires a pillow insert.
Two panels are made using basic crochet stitches which creates a subtle texture for the background of this pillow.
The snowmen and snowflake appliques are crocheted separately before attaching to one of the crochet pillow panels. You can attach these by sewing them on with either yarn and yarn needle or thread and needle. Since I use all of the crochet pillows I make as decoration, I am comfortable enough to attach the appliques with hot glue. This isn’t a full proof way of attaching but it has worked for me.
Once all of the snowmen and snowflakes are attached, you will simply crochet both panels together and add the pillow insert. The front panel (with the appliques) will be on top of the back panel (panel with no attachments). For the border, I used a bobble stitch to add to the snowy look of the pillow.
